Darnell is excellent! I needed a starter replaced and he was fantastic from start to finish. He kept me informed of the progress of my vehicle repair and the price for the labor for the job was very competitive. Whenever I have my car serviced at Williams GMC, I always ask for Darnell.

Greg mastera made things easy n smooth. I Wasn’t planning on buying on that particular day but Greg made me feel like why keep looking? I found exactly what I was looking for. Great experience over all.

Best experience I’ve had at a dealership

I have to say this was the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. Alex Aguilar handled the sales end over the phone. He had to check on several things for me and call back. Each time he called me back within a few minutes. Just that was my first surprise because these days when someone says they will call you back, many times they don’t. I bought from out of state so we reached an agreed price on the phone. I then rented a car and drove to pick it up. Alex had everything ready to sign as he said he would. Everything was perfect. He took me to test drive the truck and helped set everything up. Mac Chigaru then handled all the finance paperwork etc. He to was very kind and helpful. Alex then drove my truck to the rental car agency and had someone else follow him to take him back. Made returning the rental very easy. I can’t thank the team enough for doing everything they said they would. They will now get all of my future business and I will recommend them to everyone. Thanks again. Jim
