I specifically asked for a state inspection when I dropped the vehicle registration off and handed the service advisor my vehicle registration. When I got home the inspection was not done and I had to return the vehicle to have it completed. New service advisor did not share this with my first advisor who was sitting at his desk

Experience was fine, but I was not informed of the recommendations until I was checking out and my truck had already been brought out. It was then that I was asked if I wanted the work done. Also, I was unaware that I had rewards points I could have used until I had already checked out. It would’ve been nice to know ahead of time.

My experience was very good. I cannot remember the name of the associate that assisted me with my vehicle getting its oil change, I do however remember his efforts in trying to help call up my service contractor. We both tried calling to find out if they would assist with the service that I was having done. He was able to get in touch with them and there was a discount. He was very patient with me as I was kind of in a rush. I got my vehicle back in a timely manner. I certainly would recommend Williams GMC.

My wife and I were very impressed by all the staff at Williams especially Alex and Johnathan who spent many hours with us to ensure everything went smoothly with the purchase of our new GMC SUV. The level of genuine sincerity felt was the difference maker. Both of them are outstanding representatives for Williams and are the reason that we purchased our new vehicle that day. Thank you both for being genuine and treating my wife and I with respect.
