As a Client Advisor at Williams Buick GMC, you will be at the forefront of our customer-focused sales team. Your role will be critical in helping customers find the perfect vehicle and guiding them through the process, including offering extended service contracts and coverages. To excel in this position, you should be a positive, self-motivated individual who is a team player, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, actively listening to their needs, and providing expert guidance on GM vehicles and features.
- Vehicle Sales: Demonstrate vehicles, explain their features and benefits, and assist customers in selecting the right model to meet their requirements.
- Sales Process: Manage the complete sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal, including test drives, trade-ins, and financing options.
- Extended Service Contracts: Promote and sell extended service contracts and coverages to enhance customer satisfaction and provide peace of mind.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on new Buick and GMC models, features, and industry trends to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow sales team members and other departments to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
- Documentation: Accurately maintain customer records, sales contracts, and other essential paperwork.
- Customer Follow-Up: Maintain ongoing relationships with customers, ensuring their continued satisfaction with their purchase.
Job Requirements:
- Positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry, is a plus.
- Knowledge of vehicles and features is a strong advantage.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a bonus.
